The Citizens Time Capsule is a 1967 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser that was buried at Artpark in upstate New York in 1975. It contains consumer products and personal mementos donated by local citizens. We will "unbury" it in 2003 and exhibit the residue at HallWalls Contemporary Art Center in Buffalo.
