As far as I am concerned, you are free to use anything I write any way you wish as long as I get attribution (though I don't even care that much about that). My lyrics have been online since they were on the Arpanet.
I'd rather see specific citations than grant blanket permission, if that's okay with you. I don't think there's anything I would refuse to permit, but I'd like to see what you have in mind.
