Thomas Fallis: Recent Paintings

"Transit"

Art Department alum Thomas Fallis is a San Diego native. He began drawing through the influence of his older brother, Ryan. In 2003, Thomas was introduced to Billy Martinez where he took lessons at Neko Press Studio for the next 6 years. At the studio, artists Sam & Nick McInvale were major influences. Thomas began pursuing art professionally in high school through game design, personal commissions, and painting skateboard decks for Edgewood. Main sources of inspiration are Moebius, Hayao Miyazaki, Alphonse Mucha, Eric Powell, and Katherine Brannock.
