For events that are produced, presented, or co-sponsored by units of the Arts Division.

Tell us if you are interested in an event planning consultation, an online event listing, or more elaborate marketing and event services.
Notify the division of all events, private or public, including:
Auditions, awards presentations, commencement ceremonies, exhibitions, film screenings, lectures/talks, live demonstrations, performances, receptions, symposia, workshops, etc. (Note: internal unit business or regular class meetings are not considered “events.”)
➤ If your event date, time, or place has changed, click here to inform the division of an Event Change (Google Form).
➤ After you complete the Event Kick-off Form, staff from the Communications, Events, and Marketing Office (CEMO) will get in touch with you and begin our work.
