Make a request for a Barn Sign as soon as you know your event date(s).
Some campus units put in a request 12 months in advance of their event, while others try their chances a few weeks in advance. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A request for a Barn Sign is not a guarantee that space will be available on the dates you request.
In the weeks before each new quarter, we will confirm whether we can fit your request into the schedule. (Programs of the Arts Division have priority for available space on the Barn, but we are usually able to accommodate several other campus units each quarter.)
A typical sign is visible for 5-10 days leading up to the event/project.
Please tell us:
1. the title of your event/project
2. the first date of event/project (or a date range if it spans several days)
3. the name of the unit requesting the barn sign
