UCSC Barnstorm Theater Company presents Macbeth: I Want It Frat Way. Adapted and directed by Digital Arts and New Media (DANM) M.F.A. students Laura Boutros and Carl Erez

Unlike Shakespeare's original, this adaptation of Macbeth is set in the modern era of a college frat house that is being filmed by a reality TV crew. Text has been added and cut within Shakespeare's original text to create a new masterpiece that blends comedy into Shakespeare's original tragedy. Modern slang terms are woven into the court scenes, and banquet food is replaced with kegs of beer—a truly wild tragicomedy for a modern audience.

Please be advised, this production contains mature content.
