This year's concert will highlight new music presented by UCSC's two gamelan directors, Undang Sumarna, who specializes in Sundanese and West Javanese gamelan music, and Brian Baumbusch, who specializes in Balinese and American Gamelan. The program consists of a variety of traditional and new works featuring guest artists Margot Lederer (dancer), Wayne Vitale (guest musical artist), Noni Gunarsa (dancer), I Gede Oka (dancer) and student members of the gamelan ensembles.
