Position: Features Creative Intern
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $11 per hour
Term: Summer 2019 (runs 12 weeks)

JOB SUMMARY:
Legendary Entertainment is looking for highly motivated feature development interns for their Spring 2019 Internship Program. In addition to light general office duties, interns read and evaluate scripts, and write coverage. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of film development and production. Candidates must be hardworking self-starters, who are intelligent, personable, and creative. This is a full-time paid internship.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy script and book reading.
- Complete coverage on incoming projects, summarizing the story and commenting on if it’s a project worth pursuing.
- Aid in the curating and updating writer, actor and director lists for internal use.
- Assist with research projects into properties that are being pursued for possible feature adaptations.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
- Fluent Mandarin is highly preferred.
