Position: Television Production Intern
Type: Part-Time (20 - 25 hrs per week)
Compensation: $12 per hour
Term: Summer 2019 (runs 10 weeks)

JOB SUMMARY:
Interns in the Lionsgate Television Department will have the opportunity to complete script and submission coverage and assist on various projects. By the end of the program, interns will have learned a basic understanding of the Lionsgate TV department, how to write good coverage, how to cover a desk and entertainment office etiquette.
Responsibilities will include reading TV scripts, feature scripts, novels, plays, international forms and writing coverage. Other ad hoc projects will be assigned as need presents itself. The position requires a reliable, self-motivated, hardworking individual with a great attitude and a desire to learn. Interns are expected to have strong reading comprehension, written and verbal communication skills.
