Our student success efforts help recruit, retain, and launch Arts Division students into their careers while also creating a student equity-focused environment.

We offer world-class programs that integrate production and practice with training in history, theory and criticism, preparing our students for the world beyond the classroom. We mentor and demystify career paths to prepare students for creative and critical industries, which are notoriously exclusionary, inequitable, and competitive. Our efforts include collaborating with and supporting academic departments and university offices to provide services that support our student’s academic growth, professionalization, and personal development.
