Tour of the Monuments of Silicon Valley is an augmented reality application for the iPhone and iPad that allows the viewer to individually explore an environmentally compromised site. Often, the environmental damage and its history are buried underneath suburban normalcy. The application makes legible the legacy of environmental effects through exploratory landscapes narratives particular to the site told through interactivity, 3D graphics, video, and sound.
