An eclectic concert program featuring performances by the very best of the UCSC Music Department’s faculty. The program includes Richard Roper on trumpet playing Manuel de Falla’s Canciones Populares Españolas; Roy Malan, violin, and Maria Ezerova, piano, performing Schubert’s Sonata in A major, D.574, op. 162 “Grand Duo”; and guitarist William Coulter and the trio One Lane Bridge playing Celtic and Classical repertory.
