What makes up a city? Neighborhoods, schools, local shops, agriculture, city government, and most importantly the residents. Exit 426: Wastonville is a collaborative film made by a group of twenty UCSC film students who spent three months getting to know a town many Santa Cruzians only drive through. Every aspect of this project was produced collectively, from research to shooting to editing.
