Lionsgate- TV Scripted Development
Summer 2021, no set deadline- apply now, will close when filled
For current rising juniors to recent grads. Primary scripted development duties include script reading, coverage, research, notes, and basic administrative grid upkeep. Interns will have plenty of opportunity to observe and participate in development conversations regarding active and internal development projects.
Women in Animation (WIA)
April- August 2021, applications open March 31
The Mentor Circles Program is a group mentoring program that gives you the chance to learn from a great mentor, and to do it in a community of peers as well. You will get expert guidance from experienced animation professionals and your like-minded cohort will offer additional support and space to share common experiences. Circles meet virtually for 2-4 hours each month.
Girls IN Focus
Student or recent graduate- in addition to light general office duties, interns read and evaluate scripts, and write coverage. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of film development and production.
Student or recent graduate- the intern will be exposed to the development process at all stages and will have the opportunity to learn from all members of the creative team. First-hand experience of how a TV development team works within a studio.
Features Physical Production
Student or recent graduate- the Physical Production team is looking for someone with a great attitude and desire to learn, who is motivated and interested in the production side of film.
Prospective candidates will be working in a fast-paced department that overseas production of television shows in a wide range of countries and stages of completion. This is an opportunity to develop a working knowledge of the many stages of building/creating a television show: pre-production, production and later post production.
Undergraduate/graduate/recently graduated students- Plugin GUI Technology and Tools Engineering Internship (Remote, developing automation to build and test plugin GUIs, creating plugin GUIs on new platform to match the original UAD-2 platform, developing tests that exercise each component of a plugin GUI, adding interactive features to in-house tools.
Audio Plugin Tools Engineering Internship (Remote), developing technologies to increase the automation and testing of plugin audio outputs, creating tests that exercise the plugins to ensure they are performing solidly, adding time-saving features to in-house tools, helping to productize plugins on a new platform to match the original UAD-2 platform.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Fall 2021, apply by June 16
Undergraduate and graduate students can learn about museum practice and gain professional skills in a variety of fields.
National Museum of African American History and Culture
