Enjoy an after-hours viewing of the Seeing through Stone exhibition as part of Santa Cruz’s First Friday Art Tour.
Seeing through Stone invites viewers to see beyond the current global realities of the prison complex, drawing attention to already existing practices of imagining the world otherwise. Find more information about the exhibition here.
Seeing through Stone is a collaboration between the Institute of the Arts and Sciences at University of California, Santa Cruz, San José Museum of Art, and Santa Cruz Barrios Unidos, and works are on view at all three sites.
