Join San Francisco's highly acclaimed Wild Rumpus for premieres of new works by Santa Cruz Composers Ed Garcia, Zach Hejny, Ike Minton, and Jon Myers. The ensemble features UCSC alumnus Giacomo Fiore, PhD (guitars), and faculty member Nat Berman (conductor). Praised as a “fresh young ensemble” by Wall Street Journal with performances hailed as a “showcase of virtuosity and imagination” by San Francisco Classical Voice, Wild Rumpus hopes to challenge and delight audiences by revealing beauty in unexpected places and resonances that transcend boundaries of generation, geography, and genre.
